Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

Weavelinx is a fast-growing software and digital solutions startup helping businesses build modern, high-performing web platforms and digital systems. As a startup, every role directly contributes to growth, giving interns real exposure to business development, client communication, and startup operations. We are looking for a Business Development Executive Intern who is passionate about sales, communication, and business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder to identify potential clients, manage outreach campaigns, and support lead conversion activities.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outreach
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation
  • English communication skills required

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of software development
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Experience creating presentations or pitch decks
  • Active LinkedIn presence
  • Interest in startups and business growth
